I participated in a reading of a new pilot at Tom Fontana's office. "The Hustle" was written by the up-and-coming Vladimir Versailles, and I played one of the three central characters, Fame O'Neill- a small white woman with a big soulful voice determined to "make it" in New York City.

February 2010
I performed with Trapper Felides at Joe's Pub on February 7th for "Trapper's Greatest Hits." It was a cabaret style show with a rated G performance of Rated R hip hop/pop music. What a hoot.

September, 2009
I'm going to be participating in a reading of a new musical called The Language or the Kiss based on the music of the Indigo Girls (whom I LOVE). I play the female lead, Jessica, and I'm super excited to sing songs like "Galileo," "Least Complicated," and "Mystery."

I shot a small role in a feature film, The Extra Man, starring Kevin Kline and Paul Dano. It was a fantastic experience and really inspiring to see Kevin work and work with him. He's so spontaneous, and I never knew what he was going to throw at me. It was directed and written by Shari Springer Berman and Robert Pulcini (The Nanny Diaries)

To all my fans and friends,
As I end my cycle with One Life to Live I wanted to take a moment to chat. I'm not exactly sure of my last day, but it will be in the next couple of weeks. At the moment I'm still working, wrapping up my current storyline.
I cannot even put into words how much I have learned in the past year and a half. I have had the opportunity to work with unbelievable talented actors, and I have formed some lasting friendships. And to top it all off, attended some awesome weddings! My experience on One Life to Live gave me the opportunity to raise money for and draw attention to animal rescue in a way I never could before, and I am infinitely grateful for that. And I would like to offer a most sincere thank you to all of my fans that have supported me. While a part of me is going to dearly miss the cast, creative team, and distinct challenges that One Life has offered me, I am also excited to embrace upcoming opportunities and possibilities outside the doors of One Life to Live.
Thank you once again for your support and encouragement.
Love,
Justis
