Justis Bolding
Justis Bolding was born in Green Bay WI on July 27, 1983, and grew up in Chicago, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and the suburbs of Philadelphia. Her father, after empathizing with various female co-workers struggle to achieve equality in the workplace, decided to name his daughter Justis. He felt that women needed a little justice in the world.
She was an active participant in theater throughout high school, performing in musicals such as "Fiddler on the Roof," "Bye Bye Birdie," and "The Mystery of Edwin Drood." Regionally, she has played lead roles in "Top Girls," "The Country Wife," "Into the Woods," and more.
Soon after moving to New York, she was cast as a principal character in the final season of MTV's teen soap opera, "Undressed." She has performed in various New York theatre productions, and in late 2005 she made her Broadway debut in Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical, "The Woman in White."
Additionally, she has been seen on commercials for the New York Lottery, MTV, Spike Network, and Harley Davidson among others. She has provided voices for Fisher Price, Dunkin Donuts, Things Remembered, Olive Garden, Starburst, and more. She can currently be heard as the voice of Miranda Keyes in the enormously popular video game, Halo 3. She has been involved in numerous musical workshops and readings, including Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus' (of ABBA) newest musical, "Kristina."
Justis is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, and is actively involved in animal welfare causes and rescues.
